Effects of Ayurvedic Medicine in Low Count of Platelets On 424 patients of Dengue till 2013
An Abstract to Dengue Virus
Equity
Dengue has emerged as the most dangerous disease in India in the last 5 years. The treatment of low count of platelets in dengue is only transfusion which is costly (especially for rural and poor patients)and does not make sure that patients will survive or not . If platelets do not rise after transfusion of RDP or SDP then the patient dies. Not only several common patients but also one doctor of AIIMS has died of this disease. According to “NATURE” magazine approximately 39 crore people get affected every year with DENGUE. In this great number, the patient’s share of 34% remains from India.
Free health insurance
The form of antibody after the attack of dengue becomes weak. Therefore in this weaker condition of dengue attacks again then this secondary dengue becomes more dangerous which causes bleeding, shock and death. The average expense of hospitalization in this disease remains approximately 30 thousand to 3 lacs including investigations, medicines, transfusion, ICU and other hospital charges.
Meal plan
Prohibition- Keep all sourness off during medicine, such as curd, pickle, citrus fruit, seasonal juice, lemon, tomato, etc.
Do not keep fried and difficult-to-digest vegetables like roti, puri, kachori, parathas, samosas, dumplings, pizza, burgers, dry fried vegetables, dry pulses etc.
Do not take papaya leaf juice or any tablet syrup, kiwi, goat's milk etc. or anything bad in taste.
Diet - Fruits, liquid and easy-to-digest food such as 2-4 figs, 20-60 grams of raisins, papaya, milk and glucose, milk and oatmeal, (if there is no diarrhoea) pomegranate juice, (no seeds) throughout the day, Apple fruit (peeled) Chikoo, Banana, Pineapple, Coconut water Beel juice (home Made of) Khichdi (Rice Moong in equal quantity) Papad, Boiled Potato Sharbat, Sweet Potato, Sooji, Rice, if platelets are less than 30000 do not give food, only give fruits, juice and milk.
Dogs friendly environment
The cost of one unit RDP remains at Rs500 and Rs10 thousand for 1 unit SDP this is not affordable and acceptable by middle and lower-class Indian people. Therefore research on a safe and ultimate medicine was greatly needed which helps in the instant rise of platelets naturally in the body without transfusion of RDP or SDP.
Sports activities
I selected some Ayurveda medicines and made a compound and given to a serious patient who had been referred to AIIMS Delhi he got amazing results which were observed through CBC investigation.
Happy hours
After this success of treatment granted the name fame through mouth publicity patients came to me and got relief very quickly at a very low cost without any adverse effects. After the patient whom I cured 1st improved my formulae. Along with the success of the treatment I made regular improvements to my formulae and treated many patients successfully who were with several complications with another Ayurvedic medicine I started to maintain a significant record.
RESEARCH PAPER
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
1) To prove the efficacy of the self-developed ayurvedic compound in management dengue especially in rising of platelets count naturally in body.
2) To give the scientific establishment to the observation which shows that certain ayurvedic treatment significantly corrects dengue with rising of platelets naturally.
3) To provide a large human population greatly suffering from dengue a better instant effective and safe medicine in affordable cost.
MATERIALS AND METHODS
Overall, my approach to selecting patients from the OPD, IPD, and my private clinic in Kota allows me to provide comprehensive care to patients with a variety of medical needs. By working closely with each patient and providing ongoing support, I am able to help them achieve their health goals and improve their quality of life.
CRITERIA FOR INCLUSION
In addition to clinical symptoms, laboratory findings are also used to determine inclusion criteria. Patients with clinically positive dengue antigen or low platelet counts may be included in my medical practice. Dengue antigen tests are used to detect the presence of the dengue virus in a patient's blood, and a positive test result can confirm the diagnosis of dengue fever. Low platelet counts are also common in patients with dengue fever, as the virus can cause destruction of platelets in the blood.
CRITERIA FOR IPD
Patients with IPD are those who are admitted to the hospital with symptoms of diarrhoea, vomiting, high fever, bleeding, high or low blood pressure, and not taking food orally or with other complications. These patients, specialized medical care, or other interventions to manage their conditions and improve their health outcomes. By selecting patients from the IPD, I am able to provide ongoing care and support to ensure that they are recovering well and transitioning back to their daily lives with improved health outcomes.
